I’m a writer / director who theatre critic Lyn Gardner once said was a “real talent”, which was nice.

I wrote a short film Barney (2019) which was directed by Melody Maker, produced by The Mill+ and stared Nick Helm and Daniel Lawrence Taylor. It’s dark comedy and about sex tapes and was nominated for Best Script at the Underwire Festival.

I write copy about fashion, interiors and houses but I also graduated from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama with an MFA in Writing for Stage. In 2016 I produced an event in response to Donald Trump’s election called ‘This is happening’ which raised over $800 for Planned Parenthood. Never thought I’d have to do another one.

The Peggy Ramsey Foundation and The Arts Council has given me money and support in the past so I’m a big fan of both.
